Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the tiles back in their original packaging with protective padding to ensure they are not chipped or cracked during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tiles for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
