Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your space. Most samples are shipped within 2-3 business days.
How are the tiles packaged to prevent breakage during shipping?
We use heavy-duty reinforced boxes and custom foam cushioning for all shipments. In the rare event of damage, please report it within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Are these mosaic tiles suitable for wet areas like showers or pools?
Most of our glass and porcelain mosaics are rated for wet areas. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for the specific waterproof rating of each tile.
What is your return policy for over-ordered tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you provide installation services or professional advice?
While we do not provide direct installation, we offer detailed installation guides and can recommend certified contractors in your local area.
How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
Measure the total square footage of your area and add a 10-15% 'waste factor' to account for cuts, breakages, and future repairs.
